That's right folks!! Here's yet another variation on previous posts I've been posting... [Insert number] to Wacth has now been assimilated into the ever burgeoning GONZO/Sidekick sub-brand - whatever that means!

But wha' i' was righ' was that I was prepping for a usual News Blast (thanks x360a!!) when I noticed that much of the news took the form of some truly awesome trailers! So I changed the news reader pic for a director portrait and away we go!

By Odin's beard this looks worth the wait. Good to see my man Coulson getting such a prominent role.

Our first real look at the Green Lantern movie other than those sneak peeks we had earlier in the week through Entertainment Tonight. I don't want to be negative, so for now I'm going to say nothing other than it doesn't look like the movie I had hoped it would be.

To say that Halo: Reach is much anticipated is like saying that the sky is blue, water is wet, that women have secrets or that The Last Boy Scout is the second best buddy movie ever.

So, come 14th September 2010, millions of Halo fans, including this Sidekick right here, will be putting their hands in their pockets for Halo: Reach. Either to get cash out or because there's a hole in it or because it's the middle one with the buttons and/or zipper.

As we have already seen, the Halo marketing machine is pretty impressive and their latest offering has certainly been enough to get me 100% behind Bungie's farewell to the franchise that breathed life into Microsoft's Xbox.

This new Iron Man 2 trailer is very similar to the last one but with some interesting and important additions, that new suit being the main one. From what I can tell it seems to be a portal suit that unfolds from your pocket...that's right I said pocket proving once and for all that Tony Stark is the Ultimate Boy-Scout.

I've got to be honest, as much as I've tried to enjoy the Marvel Ultimate Alliance/X-Men Legends games they just do nothing for me. I don't really know what my problem is, you'd think I'd jump at the chance to play as some of my favourite characters but it leaves me cold. They just feel too limited, travelling from one 'dungeon' to the next pounding on guys using a variety of powers that all do the essentially the same things with flashier light shows. That being said why am I posting the launch trailer for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2? Two words; Civil War. This game takes it's cues from 2006's Marvel crossover story Civil War, it's brother vs brother superhero style. So maybe the game will still be the same old, same old but if it follows the story from the comics I may just have to give this series a second look.
