Better Late Than Never: X-Men Regenesis: X-Men Legacy Teaser

Only now getting a chance to look at this latest X-Men Regensis teaser and a few points occur to me. Firstly, I have no idea who is in this team or how that may change because of Schism. For some reason just couldn't be bothered with Legacy, it seemed so detached from the rest of the X-Universe I figured that I could get away without reading it, apart from the Age of X stuff and the less said about that, the better.
Next up, and this is more interesting, to me anyway, the above image came with this copy:
"Acclaimed writer Mike Carey presents the final arc of his six year X-Men epic this November, alongside superstar artist Khoi Pham.
Who’s with Rogue and what does Carey’s last arc mean for the X-Men? Join the conversation on Twitter with #XMenRegenesis!"
Does that suggest to you that Mike Carey will soon be leaving the book, because that's what it says to me. Did everyone else know about this? Why am I always last to know? Seeing as Legacy is Carey's title, will it continue much beyond the Regenesis? Seems like the perfect time to bump it off to me, we all know there are far too many X-titles out there anyway.
Mike's Library Hot Picks: Faker & Superman: Earth One

Welcome back true believers…..oh hang on, no Marvel books this week, can’t use that phrase. This week is more DC madness from the pen of J.M Straczynski and another Vertigo trade courtesy of Sidekick’s favourite writer Mike Carey.
Age of X: Universe #1 Preview

Having read the first two chapters of Age of X by Mike Carey just last night I can confirm that I am back into The X-Men. In all fairness I was never really out of The X-Men, just not reading much from their various books, only mangaing to stick with Uncanny X-Force. Now that the X-books are back in my heart we may aswell change this blog to the X-Sidekick blog as I will be banging on about my favourite little mutants all the time. Which brings us nicely to the case in point; Age of X: Universe #1.
Giant Size X-Men Round Up #1

2011 (MMXI) is The Year of The X-Men, it's no secret, Marvel have been filling our inboxes with press releases telling us so. So what exactly makes this year belong to the X-Men? There does seem to be some major movement within Marvel's merry band of mutants across the myriad of mediums available to us. To make sure you're all covered for X-Men news we have put together a mammoth round up of all the latest X-Men news.
First of all we have two new posters for X-Men: First Class, one of James McAvoy's Xavier and the other Michael Fassbender's Magneto. Most importantly each of these posters not only makes reference to each character's future incarnation but also the difference in their philosophical beliefs with Xavier's picture all dreamy and picturesque whilst Magneto's is all angsty and dark.

X-Men Legacy #245 Preview: Age of X

Well played Marvel, I have fallen for Mike Carey's Age of X storyline hook, line and sinker. I warn you now, it'd better be good or I'm coming to get ya. As it's still over a month away please enjoy this sneek peak, what's actually going on? Haven't the foggiest, looks like a good old fashioned battle with government forces to me, classic X-Men fodder.
Age of X teaser #5 - The Final Image
Drum roll...here it is...what you've all been waiting for, the final complete image of the Age of X teaser.
Age of X teaser #4
I've come to the conclusion that I do not liked to be teased, titillated maybe, teased never. Is there a difference? Answers on a postcard please.
Age of X teaser #3

Don't know about you guys but I'm sick of Age of X already. Never been one to give up though so here we are cracking on with this third teaser, which I thought the gods would allow to be the final one but no, we've got at least another couple of days of this.
Age of X teaser #2
I was going to show each one of these Age of X teasers after yesterday's first one because they've tricked me into believing this going to be as good as Age of Apocalypse. Don't believe the hype, yo!
Age of X Teaser#1
So Age of X has been billed as this generation's Age of Apocalypse. Now two things happened when I heard that:
1) I pissed my pants with joy!
2) Then my brain caught up and I called bullshit!
