Zonal Crew's Whisper Zone: i-pad 3 to Launch Early 2012

by zonalcrew Email

The Wall Street Journal, one of America’s most popular newspapers for financial and political updates have recently announced that Apple have started ordering components for the next generation of mobile tablets the i-pad 3 due for release early 2012.

After a fantastic year for Apple with sales of the i-pad 2 surpassing sales of the original i-pad and with profits increasing every financial quarter, it is clear that Apple’s intentions to flood the market with high quality simplistic products is not going to end any time soon. The famous American tabloid went on to state that vital components have been ordered by the company for construction of the next generation i-pad due for release early next year. When they officially approached one of Apples major suppliers and assembly company Hon-Hai Precision Industry they declined to comment on any orders made and the future release of the i-pad 3.

Follow up:

The new i-pad is rumoured to boast a higher screen resolution than it’s predecessors with the original devices displaying 1024x768 and the new next generation device displaying 2048x1536. It is also rumoured that the i-pad 3 will have a bigger screen to swipe at but any details of improvements to the memory capacity have not been circulated.

The California based company will be hoping that history repeats itself once again and the new hand held platform will beat the sales of the original two devices and extend the growth of the money machine series of the i-pad.

The Wall Street Journal remains sceptical of the projected sales of Apples new release and seriously doubts that they can expand on the growth that they enjoyed during this year. The first three quarters of this year Apple has posted consecutive year after year sales spikes of seventy one percent, eighty three percent and eighty two percent. Apple has forecast for this fourth quarter of the year, projected revenues of sixty percent to twenty five billion dollars total.

I’m not a fan of the annual update and would like major improvements before my hard earned cash goes over the counter. I’m a satisfied user of the original bulky i-pad with the wife preferring the smaller to hold i-pad 2, I can only assume her preference has come from my many shortcomings, lol. Jokes aside, I love to read comics on my device and any member of the sidekick community that hasn’t tried one then please download ComicZeal and witness the future of carrying a huge amount of reading pleasure without the coffee stains and creases.

This is Zonalcrew keeping you in the tech loop for now and always at sidekick.
