In an interview last month for The Guardian, producer Jonathan Ash said of the superheroes who've hit hard times sitcom: "The cuts inspired us to create a comedy series following superheroes in domestic situations going through the same problems and financial struggles that we are facing." The team behind the film are Trusty Sidekick (...popular name....), based in Cardiff and made up of some of these people:
